Mr. Stern (48) is team-oriented and well respected in his field. Stern is not afraid to take on tasks to help his employees, but he will avoid them if he can. He surrounds himself with a bright team of problem solvers and can be confident in a job well done.

Mr. Stern is currently going through a divorce, which makes it difficult for him to stay in high spirits – he can sometimes be moody, sad, or even angry. He tries to relate to just about anyone, but less for team building than to feel less alone in such a lonely period of his life; Stern can often say the wrong, awkward thing as a result.
